Cancellations

Should you decide to cancel an order after your order has been processed, a 15% restocking fee shall be assessed, to cover handling and all credit card transaction fees. If you cancel an order that has already shipped, you will also be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways, in addition to the 15% restocking fee. If you entered information incorrectly, please contact us immediately at the number above. We will gladly make the necessary corrections. Your order cannot be retrieved once it has shipped and is in transit. If this situation should arrive, please contact us via e-mail by clicking here. Or call us at 541-822-3516 or 541-822-1036. Please note you will be refunded for the cost of the product only, less the 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all (from Christmas Treasures and back to Christmas Treasures) shipping and handling charges.

Returns

There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. Item(s) MUST be returned within 7 days after you receive them. ALL returns must first be authorized by Christmas Treasures, via e-mail. Unauthorized returns will be refused upon delivery. To return an item, please email internet@christmas-treasures.com to receive return authorization. You must e-mail us within 7 days from the day you receive the item for return authorization. After you receive authorization from Christmas Treasures to return the item, you must ship the item back to Christmas Treasures within 7 days from the day we issue you the return authorization. Items that are not shipped back to Christmas Treasures within the 7 day period following return authorization may be refused return, or may be subject to an additional restocking fee. Item must be in new condition, unused, in it's original packaging, and in re-saleable condition. Christmas Treasures reserves the right to refuse return of any item that is missing any part of its original packaging, appears to be used, altered, or damaged, or is in any way considered to no longer be in re-saleable condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. After you place an order, Christmas Treasures will determine whether or not to fill the order, and Christmas Treasures may refuse or limit your order for any reason. By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site, Christmas Treasures reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site. International customers, please note that there are no warranties offered on any items that are electrical, lighted, or battery operated, when these items are shipped Internationally. When placing an international order, you are agreeing to accept these items. Please understand that we make an extra effort to check product quality before we ship to any International address. All International orders are insured. If your package is lost or damaged, please notify Christmas Treasures immediately, following the instructions above, and we will make an insurance claim. You will receive a refund after we have been issued a credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are costs incurred.
