Same Day Processing

If you selected the same day processing option it guarantees your item will ship the same day if the items are ordered prior to 4:00 PM Eastern and are in stock.  This is Not Next Day Air Shipping. It just ensures your order will leave Christmas Treasures that day!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a UPS or USPS Order Tracking Number via email. These tracking numbers will come from either UPS.com or USPS.com

Email Confirmations

When you place an order on the Christmas Treasures Online Store, we will send you an email confirmation. The email includes your Christmas Treasures Order Identification Number. It is extremely important that you provide us with a current and correct email address so that you receive this important message.

Order Cancellations

Should you decide to cancel an order, a 15% restocking fee shall be assessed to cover handling, credit card or bank fees. This only applies if we have already processed your card. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for shipping both ways.

Your order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped and is in transit. Returns
